The First Climate team is made up of a group of dynamic, energetic and highly creative individuals who source and develop carbon offset, renewable energy and water projects for their corporate clients. To complement this vibrant team we are looking for a “Business Development Manager – REDD+” for our sales to corporate clients globally.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Development of First Climate’s REDD+ sales and marketing strategy
• Definition of sales targets and channels
• Implementation of the sales strategy, client acquisition and management
• Networking with relevant REDD+ stakeholders and representation of First Climate in REDD+ related forums

Specific Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a relevant university background and a minimum of 5 years working experience in business development and sales. He or she has a solid understanding of REDD+ and feels comfortable engaging with international counterparties on a strategic and transactional level. Fluent spoken and written English is required!
